Tsa Ga Malete Pork Festival
The event is the ultimate premium Pork Festival in Botswana for passionate local and international foodies. It is established to create a memorable food experience like no other. It brings together various players in the piggery value chain, from pig to fork under a relaxed and interactive atmosphere. There are displays of pork delicacies, pigs in pens, feeds and anything related to piggery farming.
Balete are historically known and synonymous with household rearing of pigs. These pigs freely roam the streets and neighborhoods, hence the Pork Festival to celebrate and highlight this. The 2024 Pork Festival promises to be bigger and better.

As a customer, you can buy a ticket online and pay using real-time online payments (VISA, Mastercard), or using offline payments (Pay2Cell, Bank transfer, eWallet, Orange money, MyZaka, Smega etc). Upon confirmation of payment receipt, a ticket with a QR code is sent via email, SMS and/or Whatsapp.
The QR code(s) should be brought to the event for quick scanning. If you have added products with the entrance ticket, you will receive numerous QR codes.
You can print the QR codes and bring them along with you, or you can show your codes directly from your phone.
The QR code should be presented to a marshal with a scanning device, and if it has not been used, you will be given the service.
