TICKITO TICKET ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Policy Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of ticket orders purchased through the Tickito platform. By purchasing a ticket, customers enter into a binding agreement subject to this policy.

Tickito is committed to providing a transparent, secure, and customer-focused ticketing service while safeguarding the operational and financial interests of event organisers.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Customers may cancel their ticket order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that:
• The event date is more than 14 days away, and
• The ticket has not been scanned, transferred, or used.

3. Standard Cancellation Fees

More than 14 days before event: 90% refund (10% fee)
7–14 days before event: 75% refund (25% fee)
3–6 days before event: 50% refund (50% fee)
Less than 72 hours before event: No refund (100% fee)

4. Non-Refundable Tickets

The following ticket categories are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
• Promotional or discounted tickets
• Complimentary tickets
• Tickets marked “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase
• Tickets that have been scanned, used, or transferred

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, customers will be offered either:
• A full refund, or
• A ticket transfer to the rescheduled date
Service and payment processing fees may be excluded where applicable.

6. Ticket Transfers

Where permitted, customers may transfer tickets to another individual through the Tickito platform. Once transferred, tickets are no longer eligible for refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed:
• Within 5–10 working days
• To the original payment method
• Less any applicable charges

8. How to Cancel a Ticket Order

All cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively through the Tickito online platform by logging into the customer account used for purchase.

Cancellations via email, social media, telephone, or third-party platforms will not be accepted.

9. Force Majeure

Tickito shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, security emergencies, or public health crises.

10. Policy Amendments

Tickito reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates shall take effect upon publication on the platform.

11. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing tickets through Tickito, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
